In a frying pan I heated the oil, put a clove of garlic cut in half and left it for about 30-40 seconds (then I took it out of the oil), during which time I cut the tomatoes in half.

I chose a straight zucchini, cut it in half, then stuck it in the mixer blade. I put the spiralizer over the zucchini, pressing it lightly and with a simple click I got the spaghetti.

I put them in the hot oil, flavored with garlic and I sautéed them for about 1 minute, adding very little salt and pepper.

I took the spaghetti out of the oil and put it in a bowl. I put the tomatoes in the same oil, sprinkled oregano, salt, pepper and sautéed them for about 60-90 seconds.

I put them over the spaghetti, I added sliced ​​mozzarella and mixed lightly, so as not to break the spaghetti.

If you want to keep the idea of ​​pasta you can sprinkle grated Parmesan, but I did not feel the need.
