In a bowl, mix the ketchup, oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
After 1 hour of cooking, grease the muscle on all sides with the sauce obtained.
Add the canned water chestnuts, drained the liquid and the whole cherry tomatoes and continue to cook at HIGH for approx. 2 hours.
