Cover the tray and leave it for 30 minutes in a place away from drafts,

Mix the cheese with the egg, then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, flour and finally the chocolate beans.

EASTER IS FILLED ONLY BEFORE BEING PUT IN THE OVEN.

After 30 minutes, powder the lower sheet with a teaspoon of semolina and fill the pasca, grease the edges with 1 lightly beaten egg white, sprinkle chocolate beans on top and put the tray in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Let the Easter with chocolate and cheese cool in the pan, then take it out and leave it to cool.
