Turkey breast roll-Preparation

Put 25 g butter and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Cheese roll with salmon
A special appetizer that is very easy to prepare. You need 250 g smoked cheese, 100 g smoked salmon, 150 g cream cheese, 50 g smoked cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped dill, salt, pepper, sesame seeds. For the beginning, put the cheese in a bag, tie it tightly and add it to a pot of hot water, so that it softens and can be shaped. During this time, the cream cheese is prepared, which is mixed together with the grated cheese, dill, salt and pepper, until it becomes a homogeneous composition. Take the cheese out of the bag and place it on a bottom, then stretch it well with your hands. Add the cream cheese and smoked salmon fillets over it, then roll as tight as possible and pass through the sesame seeds. Wrap the roll in cling film and place in the refrigerator until serving.
Put the slices on a plate and put in the freezer for an hour.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of beech in a plate.

Put the gelatin in a bowl with 150 ml of cold, boiled water and leave for 1 hour.

Grate the carrot and cheese.
Fry the onion in a hot pan with oil until golden.
Add the chicken liver, season with salt, pepper and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
