Every week, The Daily Meal rounds up a slew of restaurant reviews across America

As always, the ratings range from stars to bells to beans, but every review offers specialized insight into the food, atmosphere, and service of eateries in each city’s dining scene and the critics eating at them.

This week in New York, Michael Kaminer gushes over Balthazar, a New York restaurant that has surpassed the dog-years-restaurant-age cap with flying colors. Pete Wells, however, chastises Rosemary's lack of discovery in technology (in terms of hostess and seating practices), and Ryan Sutton finds a hiddem gem at Parm.

Providence Cicero relishes in hipster paradise at Seattle's Oddfellow's Cafe + Bar, and on the other side of the coast, Tom Sietsema practices the art of lip-reading at Washington DC's Bandolero.

In Boston, Devra First finds "the perfect Southern night in Somerville," and is all-around impressed by M3. Their mantra that "food is to be enjoyed, not to be taken seriously," and the beer list beginning with cans, and ending with "more cans," are major pluses.

From the East Coast to the West Coast, from North to South, the weekly restaurant critic roundup is here for all of your dining out needs.
