Deyutzky inspiration, with small changes thank you !!!
Every Saturday my fiancé's family comes to us for "7 o'clock tea" so tonight I thought of making something sweet and quick for dessert.
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- apricot jam
- 60g flour
- vanilla essence
- a chocolate for garnish
- a tablespoon of butter or margarine
Servings: 25
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate or Jaffa Cakes:
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites, when they have hardened, add the sugar gradually then add the yolks one by one and continue mixing.
Add the rain flour and mix with a spatula until it is completely incorporated.
When the dough is ready, line an oven tray with baking paper and pour the biscuits with a spoon or a spirit. Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes on gas5 / 190C.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the butter on a steam bath.
When the biscuits are ready, place them on a grill placed on top of a sheet of baking paper and put a little apricot jam on each biscuit. I made half with jam and the other half only with chocolate.
Pour the chocolate over the biscuits.
Refrigerate for at least an hour or until the chocolate hardens.
GOOD APPETITE!!!
In my opinion. You were wrong.
Wacker, what a necessary phrase ..., remarkable thought
You have abstract thinking
In my opinion, this is an interesting question, I will take part in the discussion. Together we can come to the right answer. I'm sure.
