When I was little my godmother (my mother's sister) kept us with her all summer. There were holidays in the country, in Vrancea county, almost 20 km from Focsani. She often made soups / soups with & # 8220zdrente & # 8221 from eggs.

5 minutes before stopping the fire, take out the chicken and choose the meat, leaving only the wings and thighs in larger pieces, and cut the chicken breast into large strips. Add salt and make the eggs from the eggs. Beat 2 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of hot soup, taking care to continue beating them while adding the hot liquid. For today's lunch I thought of a vegetable soup, which are now fully available in the market and are very tasty.
To give it an extra taste and flavor, I added smoking.
The result: a vegetable soup with smoked and very light egg yolks, but also full of taste.
- 200 grams of smoke (drain, kaizer, rib… ..what do you like)
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 small celery
- 1 parsnip
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 5-6 peeled and grated tomatoes
- About 500 ml of borscht (depending on how sour it is)
- 4-5 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- Homemade noodles
- A few finely chopped celery leaves
- A connection of larch
In a saucepan, put the oil and smoked slices and heat it a little.
Add the finely chopped onion, carrot, celery, parsnip and pepper.
Heat them for 4-5 minutes, then add a little water from the pan.
Boil over medium heat until vegetables are almost cooked through.
Add the diced potatoes.
We continue to boil until they are almost cooked, then we put the tomatoes and the borscht (we do not put all the borscht at once, we taste and add gradually).
When the soup starts to simmer again, put the diced zucchini. Let it boil until the zucchini is cooked. Add salt to taste, noodles, finely chopped celery leaves.
When the noodles are cooked, add beaten eggs mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of soup, mixing with a fork in the soup to make scrambled eggs.
When the soup is ready, put the chopped larch and turn off the heat.

When the vegetables are cooked, add the tomatoes, very little salt, a maximum of 3/4 teaspoon and lemon juice. If you put the juice from half a lemon, the soup will be slightly sour, only good. You can use the juice of 1 lemon if you want it to be more sour.
Let it boil for another 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little more water, if the soup is too thick.

Instead of cabbage, you can use other vegetables allowed in the Rina diet: cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini. If you put bean pods, it can be consumed only on the day of starch.
The water that is added to the cooking must be hot, so that it does not stop boiling.
If you have children who can't stand to see the vegetables in the food, you can put the soup in the blender and make a delicious cream soup.

The cleaned vegetables (carrot, parsley, celery) are cut into cubes and hardened on 2 tablespoons of oil, then quench everything with 3.5 l of cold water. Boil the half vegetables and then add the fish.
Season with salt, add the peeled tomatoes cut into slices to boil together, now adding the grated onion on a fine grater. Let it boil until the meat is half cooked then add the diced potatoes. Add slices of hot pepper and when the potatoes are cooked add the Maggi borscht with vegetables.
Sprinkle with chopped larch, season with salt if needed, let it boil and then turn off the heat. All we have to do is serve the Fish Soup!
