  • 3 pieces of chicken breast
  • 500 gr green beans, chicken spices
  • Salt, 6 slices of cheese, 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper, cream cheese
  • Half a bunch of green onions, a few cherry tomatoes

Method of preparation:

For the beginning we will wash the green beans, we will cut their heads and we will cut it in half. Then boil the beans in salted water.

We cut the chicken breast into slices and beat it lightly with a hammer for slices. We then season it with salt and chicken spices.Then arrange the chicken breast pieces in an elongated baking tray, so that both the bottom and the sides of the tray are covered. Put half of the cooked green beans in the pan over the chicken breast.Grease the beans with cream cheese.Finely chop the yellow pepper and red pepper. Put the pepper pieces over the cream cheese.Then cover with 3 slices of cheese and add the remaining green beans on top.Cover the whole composition with chicken breast. Put aluminum foil on top.Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

After half an hour, remove the aluminum foil and add the remaining 3 slices of cheese. Put a little more in the oven for a few minutes.

After the cheese has melted, take the tray out of the oven and decorate the dish obtained with chopped green onions and rosyy cherry. Good appetite!

How to make this chicken with mustard, bacon and sour cream leg with baked sauce?

I prepared my ingredients.

I groomed the chicken legs (down and tulle) and cut off their heads. With scissors I cut the tendons that hung insecticide. Chicken thighs look so much better that way.

Marinating the legs with mustard and browning in the pan

I dabbed them well with paper napkins and salted and peppered them on both sides. I placed them on a plate and greased them with a tablespoon of fine mustard. I poured the brandy and waited for the alcohol to evaporate, leaving behind a fantastic aroma! I extinguished everything with sour cream and added mustard (fine and with berries).

1. Put the chicken breast together with the onion, garlic and ginger in the mincer. Add butter, sugar, baking soda, egg yolk, water, salt, pepper and paprika. Let the meat mixture cool for 20 minutes. Prepare 3 different containers, in which you put the egg whites, flour and breadcrumbs. Beat the egg whites with the milk.
2. Grease your hands with a little oil, form meatballs

2 cm in diameter, then flatten them, add a little mozzarella sprinkled with oregano in the center and close them again giving them a round shape, taking care not to come out mozzarella.
3. After you have formed all the meatballs, pass them one by one through the flour, then through the beaten egg whites and finally through the breadcrumbs. Fry or bake the crispy chicken meatballs with mozzarella until golden.

Chicken croquettes with cheese

We need:
& # 8211 300g minced chicken
& # 8211 6-7 pieces of cheese (1-2 cm thick)
& # 8211 100ml milk
& # 8211 a beaten egg
& # 8211 a can of flour for modeling
& # 8211 skewer sticks
