Mustard crust potatoes

Mustard crust potatoes

The other day I had a craving for potatoes but I wanted something new, something I hadn't tried before, then I came across this recipe, I tried it and it didn't disappoint. They are simply delicious, fluffy and fragrant.

  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mustard crust potatoes:

Cut the potatoes into thicker slices and boil them in water with a pinch of salt. When the potatoes are cooked enough for the fork to enter, they are removed from the heat.

In a large bowl, mix the mustard, finely chopped parsley, crushed garlic, oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

When the potatoes have boiled, drain the water and put them over the mustard cream, stirring gently so as not to break the potatoes. Then place them on a tray lined with aluminum foil and put them in the oven over medium heat.

Leave the potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until a golden crust forms.
